Management HSE policy

V2A, a consulting and automation services firm, provides information on the SSE solutions it has already implemented for its clients.

Initially, I wanted to set up MASE certification, at the request of some of my customers.

I fully embraced this approach for two main reasons:
• Customer satisfaction:

  • Sharing best practices, finding solutions
  • Diligence, Commitment, Responsiveness
  • High standards for service quality

• Quality of life and working conditions:

  • Cohesion, an atmosphere of trust
  • Recognition of Expertise
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Considerations

My aim is to continuously improve V2A’s performance in terms of safety and the health and well-being of its employees, while at the same time protecting the environment.

I chose to commit to and maintain an HSE management system, based on the MASE UIC V2014 standard (Manuel d’Amélioration de la Sécurité des Entreprises).

There are several reasons for V2A to implement this certification:

  • Control the risks inherent in our business. The three main risks are :
    • Road risk
    • The risk of falling on the same level
    • The risk of electric shock—electrocution—and electrical fires
  • Limiting the impact of our activity on employee health: the health and well-being of my employees is a constant concern.
  • Limiting the carbon impact of our business to protect the environment

I hereby undertake to :

  • Implementing this strategy by continuing and reinforcing our health, safety and environmental initiatives, in particular through an action and improvement plan.
  • Comply with current regulations.
  • Ask each of my colleagues to commit to continuous improvement in order to control the risks inherent in our business as far as possible.
